Clear aligners
A series of nearly invisible trays, changed weekly at home. Best for crowding, spacing and mild bite issues, and for adults who prefer nobody noticed.
Aligners, mild case
Small crowding or a gap or two. About 7 months, check-ins every 8 to 10 weeks.
Aligners, moderate case
Crowding across the arch, rotations, a mild bite correction.
Aligners, complex case
Bite correction with attachments and elastics. We tell you honestly if braces would do it better.
Refinement after a previous treatment
Teeth that drifted after old braces or aligners. A short series, often under six months.
Braces
The most precise tool for larger moves. Ceramic brackets blend with the tooth; metal ones are smaller now than you remember and finish a little faster.
Ceramic braces
Tooth-colored brackets, adjustment every 6 weeks. Popular with adults and older teens.
Metal braces
Small, efficient, the workhorse for teenagers and for complex bites.
Early guidance for children
A short first phase around age 8 to 10 when growth makes some corrections much simpler later.
Retainers and retention care
Included for two years after every treatment. Replacement retainers after that.
Cosmetic dentistry
For teeth that are straight enough but chipped, worn, uneven or discolored. Dr. Vale designs each case with the ceramist; nothing is bonded until you have approved the trial smile.
Porcelain veneers
Hand-finished porcelain, one tooth or a set. Preparation, two weeks in temporaries, then bonding.
Composite bonding
Chips, small gaps and worn edges rebuilt in one visit, no drilling in most cases.
In-office whitening
One 90 minute visit with custom top-up trays to take home. Results vary from person to person.
